Banshee Wildcard 11/17/08We got our new Banshee Wildcard up and running. I am really stoked to put some time in on this bike so we decided to stay with the buildkit from Banshee, added a Gamut Chainguide and a 2009 White Totem Coil. I plan on running it in the 6.5 mode so I wanted the benifit of a bit more travel up front than the Fox 36 coil. We will be doing some filming this coming weekend and getting some nice pix so stay tuned Im sure there will be some carnage.

Fall is Here 10/26/08Fall is definately here, frosty mornings and lots of those fall colors in the woods makes for some nice camera shots. We are using Flickr to post our pictures now so check the link in the "Whats New" section also.
We just had a locally organized Dh race at our local trails and it was a blast and there was a great turnout and it was well coordinated on short notice. More will come in the future so check out the recent pix.

Ouch my Head 09/14/08Summer is still kicking ass in the NW! We are lucky to get such a nice September. Awesome riding today with Chris P from the shop and my buddy Spencer. Check out some decent pix, a nice session on a step-up gap thats maybe 10-12 feet..not big but its all about the tech run-in to the lip that is fun..you just have to be there. Also, for those of you that dont loop your D-ring on your helmet, do it from now on is my advice. Further back in the blog I hit a tree at the bottom of a really nice stepdown gap and lunched my frame. I am on a Tansition Double now just becasue I like smaller bikes anyways but this time on the same gap I overshot it by about 10 feet making it about a 35-40 run, lost control and dove off in the woods and hit a bunch of deadfall and my lid came flying off so now I am typing with Ice and a bloody rag on my head.. hate going to the emergency room and waiting just to get a few stitches so I am gonna opt not to go that route this time. Buckle your D-ring..check out the pix!

Corsair Konig 07/11/08Just got them in today and built one as quick as we could. Should get out on a ride tomorrow or Sunday and throw some feedback. Weighs 35 pounds with decent parts but could easily get it a bit lighter. Very nice feel so far, the Regular should be for riders up to 5'11" if you like smaller bikes. Check it out and stay tuned for some more riding impressions.

Crashes, Whistler,Shop... 07/10/08Crashes at Whistler, busy shop, the refinery I work nights at is down...damn, what next! Well, I built up a nice little Morewood Ndiza 4X for rippin around the locals and thought it would be fun at Whistler..fun, well...lots of work for sure, but still fun. Whister has had some great weather, but unfortunately not a whole lot of rain to groom the trails with and keep the dust down, so its really slick, especially for a small bike. So much fun that a friend bought my Ndiza so i decided to build up a Transition Double to take its place. Had a good time on the first ride ripping around the local trails , definatey a fun bike. Also the Powdercoating is going crazy, we did 8 frames this week and its not slowing down. We also have the new Corsair Konig and Ducat frame arriving tomorrow so stay tuned for a sick build on the Konig frame!

Well it only took a few weeks for me to get my ass handed to me during a ride. The Northwest is awesome this time of year and I hope many of you can get up here to ride sometime during the summer, but Today was not one of those days for me, 30 foot stepdown, foot slipped off the pedal on landing and I went head on into a nice sized fir tree at mach 10. I totalled the front triangle on my Canfield Candiggle so now I have a crash replacement on the way! Chris Canfield even called me back on a Saturday and we had a few laughs at the carnage. I do want to stress that the impact would have taken out something for sure and the frame folded right under the headtube where the tubes make a slight bend. Sick frame and even better service so 2 thumbs up for Canfield Brothers. With my bike on the gurny, I figured it was a good time to figure out a new Camera we just got for the shop, its a Canon Rebel XTI, freggin great so far..so check out some pix and more updates on the Candiggle coming soon.Seth Spencer Melton Post Ride PBR
Back in the Swing 05/10/08After a crappy winter and most of spring so far here in Washington I am finally getting back on my big bike. I decided I was gonna rock the new Canfield CanDiggle after much deliberation and if I wanted to fork out the cash. My Opinion, money well spent! Definately one of the best bikes I have been on. Check out the pix and my buddy Spencer hitting a nice 25 x 12 or so Stepdown. I will continue to do updates on the Candiggle so please check back with us!
